This is the Return Policy that applies to peel-n-stick.com. We refer to the website accessible
through peel-n-stick.com and all related websites as "sites" and to each of them as a
"site."
When we refer to "we," "us," or "our," we mean Michigan Tape, Inc., a Michigan corporation , or the specific division, subsidiary, or affiliate that operates a site, provides its content, or processes information received through it, each as appropriated and applicable. "Michigan Tape," for the purpose of each of the documents means Michigan Tape, Inc.
When we refer to "you" or "your," we mean the person accessing the site. If the person accessing the site does so on behalf of, or for the purposes of, another person, including a business or other organization, you or your also means that other person, including a business organization.

Returns are subject to the following provisions

Buyer must request and receive from Michigan Tape an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number before shipping any product
back to Michigan Tape. Buyer may request RMA numbers by calling (866) 677-6665. Issuance by Michigan Tape of an RMA number does
not waive any of the conditions to return contained in this section otherwise in an order. Michigan Tape may refuse to issue an RMA
number and refuse to accept return of any product according to the product manufacturer's guidelines
or for any other reason other than the failure of a product to conform to the express warranties of Michigan Tape
with regard to the product.

Buyer must ship any returned products so Michigan Tape receives them within 90 days after the original invoice date.

Buyer will pay to Michigan Tape (and/or Michigan Tape may deduct from any refund) a 15% restocking fee on any returns
of products that conform to the warranties contained in the order. All returned products must be new, unused, and in salable
condition and must be in the original packging, including any plastic wrap. Products received by Michigan Tape in unsalable
condition, as determined at Michigan Tape's reasonable discretion, are ineligible for return or credit.

Closeout, special order products, and made-to-order products are ineligible for return other than for failure
to conform with the express warranties made my Michigan Tape with regard to them.
